This form is required to be completed by residents who wish to complete the induction program and access Club Delaray. Once you have completed this e form you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for an induction to the club. You will need to bring your original identification documents to your induction. (Please don't be late, all late comers will have to schedule another appointment) Once you have lodged the online application form, if you have selected to obtain an additional fob, you will be issued with an invoice. Payment will need to be made by using the payment methods at the bottom of the invoice at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled induction. Club Delaray does not have facilities to accept cash or EFT payments.
